Hi, I’m Michael Vecchione. My wife Sandra and I founded Roofs Only Florida. After more than thirty years in this trade, I can tell you it started the way the best companies do – with people who cared more about doing the job right than doing it fast.

I got my start in roofing on Long Island back in 1995. Years later, Sandra and I brought that experience south to Florida, and in 2020 we built Roofs Only Florida together. I lead the work in the field and on the roofs; Sandra runs the business behind the scenes. It’s our name on the company and our family standing behind every job.

The “Only” in our name is a promise. We don’t do windows. We don’t do siding. We don’t spread ourselves across a dozen trades and hope for the best. We do roofs – and because that’s all we do, we do them better.

After more than 3,700 completed projects across Southwest Florida, we’ve learned what homeowners here actually want: straight answers, no pressure, and work that lasts. So that’s how we operate. We’ll explain your options in plain language, tell you the truth about what your roof does and doesn’t need, and never push you toward something just to make a sale.
